For this necklace I drilled the central white pearl and set it with smaller white pearls that I had put on pegs, along with rubies in 14k gold settings. The pearl pendant (about 1" diameter) moves freely on the oxidized foxtail chain, with double closure--20" and 24." Finished with a toggle clasp.
