Large Vermeil "Scraffito" Earrings with Pearls

I used a burr to cut through the 18K plated surface of these sterling earrings then oxidized the exposed silver to make the pattern on these. They have 4mm Freshwater Pearls.

The gold-plated earwires are left sterling at the top where they rest in the ear, and they all clip closed in the back.
