Vermeil "Scraffito" Tiny earrings with Garnets

I used a burr to cut through the 18K plated surface of these sterling earrings then oxidized the exposed silver to make the pattern on these. They have 4mm Rhodolite Garnet Cabochons.

The gold-plated earwires are left sterling at the top where they rest in the ear, and they all clip closed in the back.
